 Fergal is XX of robotic device processing provider Cyculus. He is  mobile industry veteran and specialist in next-generation device lifecycle programmes. His skills span automated device testing and grading, trade-in solutions, enterprise buy-back and device enhancement. A former Managing Director of PCS WIreless and Data Select. He is a recipiebt of  the Circular Markets Circularity Hero Award for  leadership in circular technology in Europe.

Paul leads Virgin Media O2's reverse logistics operation, with responsibility for the operator's aftermarket service solutions, device repair, refurbishment, reuse and end-of-life programmes. Heh has had roles at Virgin Media, Liberty Global and Virgin Media O2, leading initiatives spanning trade-in, repair, recycling, resale and asset lifecycle management. His expertise covers the challenges of extending device lifecycles while ensuring compliance, efficiency and strong customer outcomes

Sam is Envirofone's chief technical officer tasked with modernising its platforms, operations and customer experience to scale the business sustainably. He has more than 18 years’ experience in technology, e-commerce and mobile device recycling, Having previously built and grown Technology Recycle Group Ltd through to its acquisition by Rebuy Recommerce, he brings extensive expertise in automation, trade-in technology and large-scale device operations.

Lorraine is CEO of SPB UK, part of SPB Group, a European leader in device insurance, protection and lifecycle services across seven major markets. She leads teams that design, distribute and manage affinity insurance and repair programmes for major brands — including Cirkl Partners' repair and recycling network and consumer brand insurance2go — pricing residual value, extending device lifecycles and making circularity commercially sustainable.

Josh is Co-Founder and CEO of Apkudo, where he sets the company’s strategic direction and oversees the integration of robotics, AI and software to optimise device lifecycles from launch through to end of life. He is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2024 Mid-Atlantic Award in recognition of his success in building Apkudo into a high-growth, market-leading business.

Lydia is Operations Director at The Big Phone Store, overseeing its refurbished operations. She works across device lifecycle management and the circular economy, supporting operators, retailers and technology partners in developing strategies that extend device lifecycles and unlock new value streams.
