George is the Director of Climate Insights at the GSMA, where he leads research on energy, climate, and circularity to support the mobile industry’s transition to net zero. Previously, he worked at the International Energy Agency in Paris, leading modelling and analysis on data centre energy use and critical minerals demand. He has published widely on the environmental impacts of digital technologies and is a Visiting Fellow at Reuben College, University of Oxford.
