No. All delegate passes must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to a colleague from the same organisation. Transfers must be requested in writing and completed no later than 4pm on the business day before the event. Non‑attendance on the day does not qualify for a refund or credit.
Yes. Organisations registering three or more delegates receive a 20% team rate.
This rate applies automatically at checkout
No. Discounts begin at three delegates on one order. Pairs are charged at the standard rate unless one delegate qualifies for a loyalty offer.

Yes. Delegate fee includesl buffet breakfast, mid-morning refreshments, buffet lunch, afternoon refreshments, and unlimited still and sparkling water. There will be a drinks reception in the evening for all delegates from 5pm - 7pm
Getting to Hilton London Bankside
Circular Summit takes place at the stylish Hilton London Bankside, located in the heart of London’s vibrant South Bank district, just a short walk from Tate Modern, Borough Market and the River Thames.
The venue is easily accessible by public transport:
Tube: Southwark Station (Jubilee Line) is around a 5–8 minute walk from the hotel.
Rail: Blackfriars, Waterloo, London Bridge and Waterloo East stations are all within walking distance.
From Heathrow: Take the Elizabeth Line or Underground into central London, then connect to the Jubilee Line for Southwark.
From Gatwick Thameslink services to Blackfriars provide a convenient route, with the hotel less than a 10-minute walk away.
By car: Limited parking is available nearby on Great Suffolk Street.

Private meeting rooms are available for an additional fee on a first-come-first-served basis. Please contact circularsummit@mobilenewscwp.co.uk . Only event badge-holders can use these meeting rooms.

In the unlikely event of cancellation the event will be moved to a new date and your ticket will be valid for this new date.
The booking system will send you a VAT invoice as soon as your registration and payment is successfully processed.
Volume discounts are calculated automatically. If you have a speaker, sponsor, or special offer code enter your code in the VOUCHER BOX at checkout If the code is valid and within its allocation window, the discounted rate will be applied automatically.
