Force Majeure Crimson Lynx Media Ltd (“CLM”) shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: fire, flood, strike, governmental or military action, acts of God, terrorism, war, epidemics, venue unavailability, or any similar cause without fault or negligence by CLM or its subcontractors. In such circumstances, CLM may, without liability, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event. If Circular Summit cannot be held or is postponed, CLM is not responsible for any costs incurred by delegates, including travel, accommodation, or other financial losses.

Programme Changes CLM reserves the right to modify and amend any or all parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notification. Changes to these Registration Terms and Conditions will be published on the Circular Summit website. By registering, you consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Substitutions Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a delegate, please contact circularsummit@mobilenewscwp.co.uk at the earliest opportunity.

Photography and Filming CLM and its representatives may take photographs and video footage during the event. This material may be used in CLM’s printed or digital promotional content unless a delegate requests otherwise in writing before the event

VAT VAT is payable by all delegates, whether from the UK, mainland Europe, or overseas, unless they produce a valid VAT number in advance. Charges shown are exempt from VAT unless otherwise indicated. Where VAT is applicable, it is shown and calculated at the current standard rate. If the rate is altered as a result of government legislation, charges may be adjusted accordingly. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued.

Cancellation  -

60 days prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refunded.

30 days   prior to the first day of the event, 50%  refund 

7 days     no refund 

Data Protection CLM processes delegate information in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Your details will be used for event administration and essential communications related to Circular Summit. CLM may share delegate information with event service providers (e.g., venue, registration platform, logistics suppliers) solely for the purpose of delivering the event.

Data sharing Delegate contact details will be included in the delegate list only where explicit consent is provided during registration. More detail: delegate list policy

.Data Responsibility CLM is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third‑party service providers to whom delegate information is legitimately shared for event delivery. Liability The company shall not be liable for any costs incurred by you as a consequence. CLM’s aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the price paid by you in respect of the booking. No branding or promotional material may be brought into the venue or displayed without written permission from CLM.
