Registration Terms and Conditions
The Organiser is Clark White Publications Ltd who shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, strike, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, unavailability of the Venue, or similar causes, without any fault or negligence on the part of Clark White Publications Ltd or its subcontractors. In such cases, Clark White Publications Ltd may, without any liability, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event. If Circular Summit cannot be held or is postponed Clark White Publications Ltd shall not be responsible for any damages, costs, or losses incurred by attendees, including transportation costs, accommodation costs, or financial losses.Clark White Publications Ltd will assess refund and fee transfer requests on a case-by-case basis
Clark White Publications Ltd reserves the right to modify and amend any or all parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notification to you. Changes to these Registration Terms and Conditions, will be published on the Circular summit website. By registering, you consent to these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a delegate, please contact email@example.com at the earliest opportunity
Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable by all delegates whether from UK, Mainland Europe or overseas, save where they produce in advance to the Institute a valid VAT number. Charges shown are exempt from VAT unless otherwise indicated. Where VAT is applicable it is shown and calculated at the then current standard rate. If the rate is altered as a result of government legislation charges may be adjusted accordingly. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued.
The following cancellation charges shall apply
- if the written cancellation is received by the Clark White Publications Ltd at least 30 days prior to the first day of the Event, a full credit/refund will be issued;
- if the written cancellation is received by the Institute less than 14 days, but at least five days, prior to the first day of the Event, a full credit/refund minus a 20% administrative charge will be issued;
- if the written cancellation is received by the Institute less than seven days prior to the Event, or you do not attend the Event, no refund will be issued.
Information given to Clark White Publications Ltd by the delegates will be recorded in the company;s databases and will be used for administration purposes and, for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with UK data protection legislation, Clark White Publications Ltd may also share this information with its Event sponsors and partners in order for them to contact the delegates about other products and services which may be of interest to the delegates.
Clark White Publications Ltd may also share this information with providers of services relating to the Event (e.g. online or physical exhibition suppliers, Event venues, hotels etc.) for purposes of fulfilling the booking and, where applicable, with host organisations and speakers for the purposes of the administration of the Event.
Clark White Publications Ltd not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party to whom it i entitled to pass delegates’ information under this section (Data Protection).
Unless Clark White Publications Ltd receives an explicit written request in advance from a delegate confirming that they do not want to share their contact information, a list of all delegates, their affiliation institutions and e-mail addresses may be included in the delegate packs and on lists of delegates.
In addition, you acknowledge that Clark White Publications Ltd and/or its representatives and/or any delegate and/or any attendee at the Event may take photographs and/or video footage of all or part of it. Clark White Publications Ltd may then include any of these photographs and/or video footage on any of its websites or in its printed or electronic products and/or other promotional materials, at its discretion; unless it receives an explicit written request from you confirming that you do not want the Institute to use any images identifying you.
The Company may alter the advertised content, timing and/or location of the event. The Company shall not be liable for any costs incurred by you as a consequence. 6. The Company’s aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the price paid by you in respect of the booking. 7. Attendees agree to their images being used in their publications, online media including for promotion by The Company. 8. No branding or promotional material may be brought into the venue or displayed without written permission from The Company. 9. Any personal information collected may be used by us to assist us with the awards ceremony or for the purposes of our publication and for communicating with you.
