Lizzie partners with UK telco operators and retailers using  GfK point of sales data and survey data to help them understand their performance, notable market trends and opportunities. She also advises on tailoring propositions to audience segments. At Circular Summit Lizzie will be focusing on consumer insights in the refurbished space to help the attendees understand who is buying, where, when, how and why..

James is a mobile industry professional who began his career over 20 years ago in a sales role for the Link after leaving professional sport. He has worked in various positions within the mobile and electrical industry, Specialising in commercial growth, pioneering new business development and significant market expansion. James has been working for Three Mobile Since 2013, and as UK Trade-in manager, he is responsible for delivering the company's tactical and commercial goals Via its circular device program.

Geri Cupi

Geri is a serial entrepreneur who founded Twig, the Bank of Things in July 2020 which has emerged as the fastest-growing fintech in Europe. Geri was listed as a Forbes 30 under 30 for Retail and E-commerce in 2020 when he co-founded Monochain (the world's first NFT deployment in the fashion industry), and Social DNA (which was acquired by Levi’s). He is a visiting lecturer at the University of Bath and Edinburgh, as well as UCL.

He then moved into the consulting and BPO industries working in the UK, Europe and the US, establishing operations in India for numerous international companies and supporting them to develop global efficiencies. Ed joined Sannam S4, an international expansion specialist, in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer, based in New Delhi. In India, Ed was responsible for managing the entire business operations of Sannam S4 across its five offices, overseeing a five-fold expansion in the business and the development of the business into China and Brazil. While in India, He was on the Board of the Delhi British Business Group.  Ed now leads Seamless’ UK and  Europe business working with clients and prospective clients on international market entry and expansion.

He has more than 20 years of commercial and brand management experience in the technology, media and telecoms sectors. His role at Zone Global is to lead the company's strategic and commercial development in the UK and Europe. At Circular Summit Mark will be discussing how to increase profits from trade-in programs, reverse logistics, second-hand sales, returns management, refurbishment of devices, asset disposition, and the safe, secure disposal and recycling of e-waste.

He is an IoT specialist and has spent over 20 years innovating software to work in a circular economy. At BlackBelt he manages and helps develop the software, clients and field services activities globally. At Circular Summit he will be discussing the legal and business issues surrounding data compliance in the secondary market

With more than two decades of B2B business development experience, Lucy specialises in crafting revenue strategies and business plans tailored for technology and communications enterprises helping them surmount challenges, reach data-driven resolutions, and exploit new opportunities. At Circular Summit, Lucy will delve into the evolving enterprise circular landscape and shed light on the receptiveness of companies towards replacing their mobile device portfolios with second-life devices. She will be covering effective engagement strategies within the corporate sector and advising on how to engage with the right people in the right way.

The plan reflects the company’s long-term commitment to using the power of connectivity to drive system-level change for people and the planet, as well as ensuring sound responsible business practices and transparent reporting. Over the past 15 years, she held regional and global sustainability leadership positions in Fortune 500 organisations, including Visa Europe and Vodafone leading ESG strategy execution in markets in Europe and the Middle East. Dana’s career has centred on utilising the transformative power of technology to drive sustainable development. Dana has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Carnegie Mellon University, a Postgraduate degree in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, and MSc in Sustainable Urban Development from Oxford University.


Jon Miller

 Jon joined Caudwell Communications' graduate program in 1994 and progressed to become Head of Sales in 1999, he left Caudwell Communications in 2002 to become Head of Sales at Assurant Group, where he secured and implemented insurance programs in the telecommunications sector. In 2007, he joined Brightstar as Sales Director before becoming Commercial Director in 2014. In November 2016, Jon left Brightstar to become Group Managing Director of Electronics of Entertainment Magpie Limited before becoming Group Chief Commercial Officer in late 2019.

Hallmark (head of digital commercialisation) and Tesco (head of marketplace trading) At Circular Summit Marl will be giving an overview of eBay's secondary market strategy and some of the initiatives it has launched such as the eBay refurbished programme, certified recycled, and quality assurance schemes.

Paul is the founder of BlankIT which has been supplying services and solutions to the mobile device industry for nearly 10 years. His career in mobile started in 1999 encompassing technical and managerial roles in Caudwell Communications. Here he created a department and team capable of inspecting considerable amounts of returned devices. Then after nearly 9 years as Technical Director at TMT First, he set up BlankIT providing quality inspection, configuration, data destruction, kitting and fulfillment services for its clients.

Jan Stryjak
Associate Director; Europe and Sustainability Research Lead

Jan is an Associate Director with Counterpoint Research and leads the company’s research in Europe. He has over 15 years’ experience in the TMT sector, most recently with GSMA Intelligence responsible for key research deliverables and leading a team of analysts producing regional insights. He has also held  strategy and analyst positions at Vodafone and Qualcomm, and started his career with research firm TNS (now Kantar).
