Force Majeure The Organiser is Crimson Lynx Media Ltd (CLM), which shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, strike, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, unavailability of the venue, or similar causes, without any fault or negligence on the part of CLM or its subcontractors. In such cases, CLM may, without any liability, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event. If Circular Summit cannot be held or is postponed, CLM shall not be responsible for any damages, costs, or losses incurred by attendees, including transportation costs, accommodation costs, or financial losses. Crimson Lynx Media Ltd will assess refund and fee transfer requests on a case-by-case basis.

Programme Changes CLM reserves the right to modify and amend any or all parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notification. Changes to these Registration Terms and Conditions will be published on the Circular Summit website. By registering, you consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. **Substitutions** Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a delegate, please contact circularsummit@mobilenewscwp.co.uk at the earliest opportunity.

VAT VAT is payable by all delegates, whether from the UK, mainland Europe, or overseas, unless they produce a valid VAT number in advance. Charges shown are exempt from VAT unless otherwise indicated. Where VAT is applicable, it is shown and calculated at the current standard rate. If the rate is altered as a result of government legislation, charges may be adjusted accordingly. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued.

Cancellation  The following cancellation charges shall apply: - If written cancellation is received by CLM at least 30 days prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund will be issued. - If written cancellation is received by CLM less than 14 days, but at least five days, prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund minus a 20% administrative charge will be issued. - If written cancellation is received by CLM less than seven days prior to the event, or you do not attend the event, no refund will be issued.

Data Protection Information provided to CLM by delegates will be recorded in the company's databases and used for administration, marketing, and promotional purposes in accordance with UK data protection legislation. CLM may also share this information with its event sponsors and partners to contact delegates about other products and services that may be of interest. CLM may also share this information with service providers related to the event (e.g., online or physical exhibition suppliers, event venues, hotels) for the purposes of fulfilling the booking. Where applicable, information may also be shared with host organisations and speakers for event administration. If you do not wish to receive further correspondence from CLM that does not relate to this contract or the event, please email circularsummit@mobilenewscwp.co.uk or use the contact details in the privacy policy. CLM is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party to whom it is entitled to pass delegates’ information under this section (Data Protection). Unless Crimson Lynx Media Ltd receives an explicit written request in advance from a delegate confirming that they do not want to share their contact information, a list of all delegates, their affiliated institutions, and email addresses may be included in delegate packs and on lists of attendees. In addition, you acknowledge that CLM and/or its representatives and/or any delegate or attendee at the event may take photographs and/or video footage of all or part of it. CLM may include these photographs and/or video footage on its websites or in printed or electronic products and promotional materials, at its discretion, unless it receives an explicit written request from you confirming that you do not want CLM to use any images identifying you. CLM may alter the advertised content, timing, and/or location of the event.

Liability The company shall not be liable for any costs incurred by you as a consequence. CLM’s aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the price paid by you in respect of the booking. Attendees agree to their images being used in CLM’s publications and online media, including for promotional purposes. No branding or promotional material may be brought into the venue or displayed without written permission from CLM.
