Why many consumers are shunning refurbished devices

This session will be a deep dive into a YouGov survey of 2,544 adults which revealed that, while most people had heard of refurbished phones, only six percent currently own one. Despite the awareness, 70 percent of those who knew about refurbished handsets were unsure which networks provided them.  YouGov associate director Olivia Bonito will be dicussing key reasons why  consumers may not be considering refurbished handsets and what their concerns are.
